Conceived in 2009, the Heritage Five Star News Network has soared to new heights over the past few years with the help of teacher Jeff Green. Leading the class with his more than 10 years of experience in the field, he teaches students from the ground up the processes of creating a truly rich news show. The show, which airs on Tuesdays and Thursdays, showcases the best of whats happening around the school. Popular segments include Grinds My Gears, Ask Mr. Bradford, Weekly Rewind and many more. With help from Mr. Green, some of the more experienced students write their own parts for the show, which adds a bit of flavor to every edition. This student input along with the expertise of Mr. Green create a specticle of professional performance with a flare of student creativity that is sure to be around for a long, long time.
